Often Overlooked Casualties

If you live along the gulf or along the Eastern seaboard, you will probably at some point in your life come face to face with a tropical storm and worse a hurricane.  With connectivity today, we all watched as hurricane Sandy absolutely devastated areas in the Northeast.  Pictures of homes flattened and cars and businesses flooded, but what maybe most people don’t also see in those same pictures are the trees that are blown over, stripped of their leaves or oven damaged beyond saving.  Most of the new coverage about the aftermath covers people rebuilding their homes and lives, but below is a great sign that trees have not been forgotten in the rebuilding process of such a devastating event:
